This was the first keyboard I ever painted bright yellow. I made it for my sister, Vicki, before she returned to Australia in January 2010.
This piece is absolutely striking when the sun hits it.
Using an abstract expressionist approach, I over-layered lines of drizzled paint to create a sense of busyness with a small wheel in the lower right corner, the originating hub of activity.
