Finishing Touches

Getting the boards ready for taking to Wallack's Recycled Art Contest in Bells Corners, perhaps tomorrow. Bit of refurbishing needed on some of the Timbits and I added some gloss to the bagel  halves, butter, if you will.

 I anticipate that other artists will be doing sculptures and installations using scrap metal, car parts and such.

Depending on how good an eye the judges have, they'll pick up on the keyboard, the melted lids, the cups, the stir sticks and crumpled paper, the Timbit paper bag, used napkin and the Styrofoam that I used to fabricate the bagels, all discarded, recycled material. Even the coatings on the Timbits are recycled from bottles of old cake decorations, instead of                                                            throwing them out.
