There is a condominium building going up at one of the busiest intersections in Ottawa. There have been no end of problems with the construction, not the least being the damage done to surrounding buildings. When in 100 years could anyone have predicted that we'd be pile-driving right next to aged and crumbling foundations?
Meanwhile, the hoardings surrounding the massive hole in the ground, have remained relatively pristine. There is actually a small bill posted saying that the boards are only for one particular group to post upon. This seems rather selfish of them and seeing as how no one will be working until Tuesday, September 6/11, these posters announcing the I Killed the Group of Seven show should stay up for a significant amount of time.
