Let's Talk Art, Raging Success This Eve

The completed stage.
Naked Shoji

A full house this eve at Patrick John Mills Gallery for Let's Talk Art. Featured artists were sculptor, James Fletcher and multi-media artist Joa Keur. While at the gallery, I noted that the Naked Shoji I created for this month's show is in position and holding up nicely. It's fairly indestructible.

Far side of the sculpture garden.

I noticed this eve that there are some interesting metal sculptures in the Sculpture Garden, photos of which are above. And the far side of the sculpture garden is to the left.

It is fascinating to listen to a variety of people talk about their experiences vis-a-vis art: how they got involved, what their friends and family say, what their favourite aspect of being an artist is, how they manipulate materials to create the desired result.
