The Capri, above left, has certainly seen better days. I have no idea what brand the hollow-body electric was but whatever it was, it had a very hard life. I am using it to experiment with stencils and paint, seeing what sticks to varnish, if sanding is the best thing to do or a base coat. Maybe nail polish is the best substance to use. There will be numerous attempts to see what works.
Meanwhile, another kid's guitar came on the market and it's a little charmer. It's not a First Act but very similar, only it's got a deeper body and marginally, better sound.
The label says Burswood or Buvswood or Bu??wood. I'll Google it and find out.
These miniature guitars are just the cat's meow!
