When an artist turns an object into something else, there is a leap of faith.
Who would have thought to actually write something on a keyboard when keyboards, themselves, are used for writing.
This was the first keyboard that I wrote something on. Others followed but they were so early in the canon, there are no photos available.
I recall scrawling, Judge me Not, on a black board with coloured keys for a friend working in the Department of Justice. And another with, You Go Grrrl, on a pink board to offer encouragement to a friend.
And, of course, there's The Information Highway Crashes and Burns, one of my all-time favourite boards. It'll be featured in its own blog along the way.
Thank-you for being my type.
