More POP, Less Mondrian

Perhaps it's the colours and symmetry that shout Mondrian.

However, changing the blue to be less navy and adding stars does make this more diverse and adds a bit of whimsy and mass-com appeal.

Odd, but some people do not see the word POP at first.

I think it really shows up well in the photos so perhaps our eyes play tricks on us when viewing in real life.

Not sure that this is complete but maybe it is. Would a coating of something make any difference? Perhaps the stars would stick on longer. But part of Pop Art is its transient nature, it's build-in self-destruction.

Thank-you for coming on the journey with me.
