The stuff from the hallway had to go somewhere!

Everyone knows I don't paint so what's with the post title? And what is the jumble photo about?

You are correct, I don't paint, per se, but I have been known to do a few walls and ceilings...and today, a base coat on the hallway floor.

Living in a house that is more than 100 years old means that the drywall is crumbling and none of the walls are in particularly good condition. With the necessity of clearing the hallway to discard a broken washer, it just seemed a good time to gussy-up things.
                                                                           
 I am pleased with the way the door looks.
