Colourful Decoupage

Considering what theme to go with for the new decoupage project.  This pull-out from a 1987 People Magazine might cover most of one side. I'd cut out the people and dates and leave the text. No one's gonna want to read a guitar case.

Situation here is what to use as binding around the edges as there is considerable wear. What is flexible and will adhere?
