I don't know which I prefer, the photo taken without a flash or with. Clearly different effects and mood.
My back balcony from below and from above. These are foot-high lighted-up mitts that stand on metal stakes. I may want to attach them to the top of the railing. I don't think the next door neighbours are going to necessarily be impressed but they can always get a blind or thicker curtains. Ever since they told me to turn off the light over my door because it bothers them and I've had to struggle up the stairs in the dark and fumble for my key and be navigating in total darkness, I've not had that many positive leanings towards them.
