Pop-Up Art Gallery Gets Some Press Coverage

The EMC tabloid ran an article on the Pop-Up Gallery that had its opening this evening on Holland Ave. in Ottawa. And one of the artists got a plum interview on CBC this afternoon. All this lead to a huge crowd at the opening which was, no doubt, satisfying for the three artists involved.

Odd it was that none of the three thought to introduce themselves to my friend and me when we arrived an hour before closing and the crowds had thinned considerably. In fact, even engaging one of the artist in light banter did not result in an introduction.

Food for thought for me as I hope I never ignore people who come to see what I've been up to.
