There are stands made to hold guitars but not much out there that holds cases. Most of the time, musicians simply leave them on their sides.
If my booth is on grass, I will use ten pegs to hold the stands in place. I plan to have five or six cases on stands and the others on a table or leaning up against the table.
I might work on a case when I'm at the show; maximize the use of my time.
