From 1999, which doesn't see that long ago, really.
I had a warm and witty postal conversation/relationship with Brad Yung, brought about discovering him and his comic zine in an article in Geist, a west-coast mag that is no longer in print.
Brad is a consummate cartoonist as you can see from his drawings and he has a bright and highly ironic point-of-view.
He actually published two comic zines in one by including a three page story about The Wedding of Ninja Bear. You actually had to turn the booklet upside down to read it. Brilliant!
I lost touch with Brad maybe ten years ago. He may be at the same number and I think I'll give it a try.
Update on this and perhaps, just perhaps, a peak into the world of very special hand puppets.
