That show being Naked, Naked, Naked at the Patrick John Mills Gallery. Bit of a misunderstanding on the boards being horizontal in nature. I guess given the number of people expected this Thursday for the vernissage, plinths were at a premium. I can understand this as art would be knocked down. But the boards I brought are definitely desktop models and cannot be hung.
Our fall-back position is to fashion extemporaneous shelves on which to place these boards.
Posters will go up the night before the show, blanketing downtown Ottawa.
The theme of the next show is Art is not Porn and Porn is not Art. Not sure which boards I have in stock might illustrate this or what I might create. Have to put some thought into this.
