This Quirky B, Woe No Mo'. was made two years ago, perhaps as a delayed reaction to 9/11.
Part of the mystery of art is that it arises from one's psyche and then, hours, days later, it is there. Days or months later, one tweaks what was the end result and this becomes a new end result.
And then we settle.
