Who Is Lucy?

Who _Is_ Lucy? Or it is Lucie?




Odd to see a painting attached to a telephone on a busy street in downtown Ottawa but there it was this afternoon and again, when I returned five hours later, still there.

I, of course, had to answer the question, Who is Lucy?, the only way a child of the sixties could.

When I went to take a look  on the afternoon of October 24, someone had removed my addition of the hand-lettered sign.

An art critic, perhaps or someone so young, they did not understand the allusion.
