There is so much to do at this time of the year in Canada. Most of us are racing against time, trying to make the best use of the good weather before we are banished indoors.
It's a time for treading water and trying to keep the old nose above the surface.

| There are three windows in place, which means trying to position them, chinking the spaces with newspaper and then duct-taping over the four sides. Then, a plastic sheeting is taped in place. It wouldn't be so problematic if the room were empty and the windows fit well. |

| Fall brings a wonderful "push" from plants, especially, flowering plants. I try to keep the Geraniums going for as long as possible, they are so beautiful. |
