Keyboarding

What is it about keyboards? It used to be that the mechanical click, click, click of the typewriter keys hitting the platen was satisfying beyond belief. Bit difficult to correct but this is why we had spray-on White-Out.

Keyboards seem to be the order of the day at my apartment and a friend dropped off a boxful this afternoon.

I look around and there are keyboards everywhere, completed and in various stages of completion.
 

Finished boards are stored on shelves on a sheltered sun porch. These boards continue to dry out after their drenching at the last Art in the Park event.

Meanwhile, there are keyboards and more keyboards scattered about.

They must be the key to something...but what?
