Typewriters Ahoy

The wrong cover. Too small.

Two IBM Selectrics have joined the party. One is in the garage and the other, still in the car.

I  love the look of these machines. Some came
in deep red and cerulean blue, in addition to black, beige and grey.

Very beautiful.

Standard Courier type ball.

I've usually seen a cartridge so not sure what this
assembly is about. Probably something used on
the Series 1 machines. No correction tape.

Very sleek.

The Selectric, as seen through a window in the car
is a newer machine and has the cartridge carbon ribbon and
perhaps, correction tape. Could be a Series 3.
