Often, calls are so direct as to be rude. I think people assume that artists will do anything to get
their work seen, that we are desperate and will kowtow to anyone.

Artists, help make it happen! Please submit 1-4 [Square] works of art to be part of the [Square] Art Exhibition Fundraiser at the Hintonburg Public House on April 3, 2014. Ideal size: Max. 16 x 16”. All works will be sold at $100, $150 or $200 depending on size. 50% of all sales will be will be returned to the artists. Please drop off your artworks at the Hintonburg Public House by March 30th at 8 pm, or contact us to make arrangements.artist@hintonburghappening.ca

We are looking for submissions for vendor participation on the Launch day (June 21) and Happening Event Proposals to be featured from June 21-29. These events range from Poetry readings, Concerts, Art Exhibitions, Installations, Fashion Shows, and other Performances. Pair up with a Hintonburg Business, or select a location in Hintonburg, and propose your Happening!
