Free Range Library

Along an unlikely urban street, a small storey and a half house has taken to the yard and in addition to a large ball of wool on a plinth in the front, along the verge, by the sidewalk, charmingly fenced by some wrought iron, there is a wooden, glass door, double-shelved library. How come, you ask? Well, probably just because.

Just as I was chuffed after last night's additions to the yellow wall, wondering when or how the next influx of colour would arrive, I was introduced to this free-range library cum book store where the books are free, Take one, leave one. So I took three books with green spines. You can see them above on the left, the three surrounding the bright green book.

Doing pretty well, actually, with a small section of spiral-bound books and another of old, small hard-covered booklets.  I shall deliver some books to the extemporaneous library next time I'm headed in that direction and see what they have in the way of orange or yellow books.
